Terms and Conditions for UAE Desert Adventures
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by UAE Desert Adventures. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please allow sufficient time for the payment to be processed and received.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour, we will refund 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour or no-shows will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or for the safety of our guests. In the event of a cancellation by us, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour.
Responsibility and Liability
You acknowledge that participating in our tours or activities involves risks and you undertake to assess these risks and the suitability of the tour or activity before making a booking.
We do not accept responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during a tour or activity or caused by third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking if we consider that your behavior is likely to cause damage, injury, or distress to our team, guests, or property.
Privacy Policy
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
